We are longtime tenants of the Music Building (20-plus years) who are in bands that use our room twice a week for practice and are looking for subtenants to take on monthly slots.

4-hour slots with a six-month lease agreement:

$225 for 1 slot a week

$400 for 2 slots a week

Includes:

Sonor drum kit

Hartke bass head with Fender amp (but you are free to bring and leave your own head/amp)

2 Fender Hot Rod Deluxe amps (but you are free to bring and leave your own amp)

PA, monitors, mics, stands, music stands, etc.

Available times:

Daytimes: Monday through Wednesday and Friday until 5:30 pm

Evenings: Mondays and Tuesdays from 6:00 pm on; Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00 pm on
